Margo Gogan is a proud wife, mother and grandmother. Margo is a firm believer in families, the ones we are born into and the ones we create through our shared passion of the horse. the opportunity to work with clients for decades not just years is proved to be a continued joy.
As a teenager and young adult Margo loved the hunters and jumpers. Jumping big, turning tight and going fast was her thrill. When Margo went back East to look into the dressage scene in the early 80's Robert Dover helped her purchase her first dressage prospect and that was it....hooked on the sport of dressage evermore.
Margo is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist and a 5 Star rating as a rider.

Cassie keeps it in the family. She is the niece of Margo Gogan and a valuable partner to her aunt.
Cassie has grit like no other! She is hungry, ambitious and hard working. Cassie has a unique talent to make the most out of anything set before her. The word quit is not in her vocabulary.
With all this competitive spirit she is also very loving and tender. Cassie is always the last person to leave the stables at night. Checking every last bucket of water, blankets and footing for the next day. She has her system and we leave her to it!
Over and over again Cassie has proved her worth in the competition ring. Winning multiple championships and Regional championships from First Level to Intermediare 2.
One of Cassie's most valued learning expreriences have been the chance to work for Bob and Debbie McDonald and groom a Florida season for Olympian Kasey Glass-Perry.

While living in France as a teenager, Justin developed his love for the equestrian lifestyle. Since then he has worked and trained at multiple different barns where he has had the opportunity to develop the basics of Dressage, Jumping and Natural Horsemanship skills. Justin came to the barn in 2022 with the goal of being an active part in the growth and development of Hilltop Dressage, as well as furthering his experience in this challenging sport. Hilltop has been the perfect environment for Justin to launch his career. During these last few years, he has thoroughly enjoyed training, traveling and showing with the team. Starting young horses is one of his primary roles on the team. Justin is the proud owner of a promising young horse, Milano or ‘Cookie’ as he is known in the barn.
Along with riding, Justin loves the water. He loves to water ski, wake board, tube, and go for long boat rides. His family's annual Lake Powell trip is one he never wants to miss! Justin thoroughly enjoys being active in his church. He has recently returned from a 2 year service period where he spent some time in Tahiti and Indiana.
Justin is absolutely thrilled to be part of the Hilltop Dressage team and looks forward to the new and exciting times ahead!
